Terms & Conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of reservation if they cancel before 14 days of arrival.

If the guest does not show up, the guest will be charged the total cost of reservation.

Refunds

By making a reservation via a third party provider you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation no show and refund policies set out by that provider. Any deposits paid direct to the Bianca Guesthouse are non refundable.
